Our Journey

Over the past 30 years, we have dedicated ourselves to serving the underserved populations in our city. Our journey began with a vision of creating a healthcare center that would not only provide medical services but also take a holistic approach to health and provide mental health, assistance accessing healthcare systems in our area, screenings, and education opportunities, and so much more, thus serving as a beacon of hope for those who needed it most. Our commitment to this mission has been the driving force behind every milestone we've achieved.

Our Impact

Through the years, we have touched the lives of countless individuals and families, delivering essential healthcare services to those facing economic, social, and health disparities.  According to our records, we have served approximately 35,000 patients at 226,000 appointments as we strive to make health accessible to all people in the last 30 years.
