There is a $0 to $50 fee for most services. A discounted/sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income.

• Work physicals are $85.

• Required lab work incurs an additional fee.

• Counseling is provided on a sliding scale based on the client's income.

• Payment is due at the time of the appointment.

No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay.
