Donating Items In-person

Please note the following when considering making an in-kind donation to SJNC:

—We accept in-kind donations in our lobby at 417 South Ave Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 4 PM.

—We are unable to accept any type of prescription or over-the-counter medication donation.

—We do not take donations of medical equipment, clothing, or opened or slightly used items.

—When you donate items in person, we ask that you complete our in-kind donation form so that we may adequately account for and acknowledge your gift.

—We will gladly accept donations from our below Wish List of items we frequently give to our patients, clients, and neighbors and use in our building. (We do not accept it if it’s not on the Wish List.)
