Fees

There is a $5 to $50.00 fee for most services, a $30 fee for complete physicals for new clients, a $85 fee for work physicals, required lab work incurs an additional fee between $5 and $20, and counseling is provided on a sliding scale based on the client's income. Payment is due at the time of appointment.
